| 生產(chǎn)方法: | 將二氯二甲基硅烷的戊烷溶液冷卻至0℃，在氮氣和攪拌下滴加叔丁基鋰的戊烷溶液。維持0℃，攪拌反應(yīng)1.5h后升溫至25℃，繼續(xù)反應(yīng)48h。蒸餾，收集125℃（97.5kPa）餾分，靜置固化，得叔丁基二甲基氯硅烷。產(chǎn)率70%。 |
